That's good news that there will be more Green Mondays in future - when I asked them about that on their chat a few days ago, they said they couldn't confirm either way!
Everyone who's interested in Green Mondays, subscribe to this thread if you haven't already - and let's keep each other informed here whenever they are happening! Green say they send out emails to notify customers, but I didnt get the notification email the first time around, so would be good to keep this thread updated just in case anyone misses the emails0 -

Pleased to have helped. Phoning them is by far the better contact method for them.I presume this is still only for pre-payment cards and not for "normal" direct debit customers?0

Phoning them is by far the better contact method for them.I presume this is still only for pre-payment cards and not for "normal" direct debit customers?Hi, not so. I'm a Direct Debit customer and I just rang up and paid £1200 by debit card (after transferring funds from my 0.4% interest paying savings account to bolster my current account) so, if you are DD customer, you can still make a credit payment to your account. I got £120 credited to my account approximately 60 days after crediting the account with £1200. 10% interest in 60 days equates to a massive 60.8% interest on an annualised flate rate (not compounded) basis - i.e. (365/60) X 10I still think it's too good to be true but the proof of the pudding......Here's something to think about. You find a crocodile snoozing so you put your finger in its mouth ... nothing happensYou put your hand in its mouth.... nothing happensYou decide to be really brave and put your whole arm in..... the crocodile opens one eye and says to his mate...' I told you I could get a gullible one to put their whole arm in didn't I?'0

Can anyone who has previously requested a refund of credit on their account after a Green Monday promotion give me an indication of how long it took from requesting a refund to it actually arriving back in their account please?

Bacman - I can also confirm this is for Direct Debit customers too, as I am one and I've done Green Mondays twice. When you log into your Green account, go to My Account and then Billing & Payments, and there's an option to top up your account. You can only do a maximum of £2500 at a time online, but I've just been doing two of those on the specified Green Mondays date and that's fine (doesn't have to be a single payment as long as it's done on the right date). Or I suppose you could do the whole lot in one payment over the phone with them.0 -

Also they just credited the funds back via the card I paid with which in my case was an amex credit card so sadly I lost the amex cashback earned due to the recredit - I was hoping they might have transferred the cash to my bank account instead
I still think it is likely they will start removing bonuses if you try to withdraw a large amount of cash shortly after the bonus is credited - watch out for a change in the terms of the offer0 -
i've not had the email from them but it looks like "if it looks too good to be true, it is" given the high interest rate.
