Yes, except son has to send the email (not this poster) and must describe his USA address as permanent.  No phoning them up.

Just do exactly what we've said; your son is safe and this will go away, once he makes them erase the UK address.  If he doesn't, they might file a claim to the UK address and that will be more difficult to handle (but always defendable because these claim are useless).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

He is stuck in america as went for work which due to corona fell through but is stuck there is a tent contract!!
    What is that saying?

Is he living in a tent somewhere in America?
  • I only have the letter before claim from STC nothing else. So does he need to  email STC or UK parking. Can I email them and say he no longer lives at this address but in america or does it have to be him.
What would happen if I sent letter back and said no longer lives at this address?
Sorry its not easy to get hold of my son and I am getting bit of a state about this as  messages tell me to read different threads I'm 60 with dyslexia and getting confused and stressed

We can see you have dyslexia as it's CST not STC .....
Don't get stressed out over this, it can be resolved easily.
As said, it really is your son who should reply but if he is difficult to contact, we do not want to prolong this.

I would suggest as his mum, a letter from you advising both parties that your son is now in the USA with an unknown return due to covid.
This is a formal request for them to cease and erase your address from their records

If you want help with a letter, one of us can do this for you
    Thank you

I have said TWICE that it has to be him and I made it clear to stop you doing it...

Because you are a third party, they will ignore you and issue a claim to him because they haven't heard from him.

Revolver is crap when it comes to parking charges.   Stop flailing around looking for a template Revolver reply.

Yes it has some connection to Martin Lewis but he is also (sadly) wrong with his 'advice' about parking charges.   Really badly wrong, embarrassingly so and at huge cost to victims who seek out the rubbish he has said in recent years (so don't).
