Yorkshire Energy switch to Scottish Power...

Has anyone else noticed if the Yorkshire Electricity Administrators when issuing the final bill have added decimals to the units. Then when the first Scottish Power bill arrives it is just the lower non digit integer that is used. Thus being charged twice for 0.9 of a unit. OK not much per person but over 74,000 customers many with dual fuel and thus dual readings this would, if widespread, be a tidy little extra income in excess of £10,000. So is it widespread. This may only be the case if your reading has been estimated. Please let me know if so.0

I have circa £107 in credit in Yorkshire Energy when they went bust. I had unwittingly initiated a transfer to PFP Energy days before YE went under. Take off what energy I used and there's around £40-50 due back. To date I have had no final bill from Yorkshire Energy and no communication from Scottish Power. In March I rang the helpline Scottish Power had setup and spoke to someone who could access my YE account but told me that there was nothing she could do as YE had not issued the final bill to them. I emailed YE and I received an email back early March from YE to say this has been passed through.I have yet to hear anything back from either YE or Scottish Power so I phoned them this morning. The person I spoke to this time pretended he couldn't access my account and also my MPAN did nothing. He told me that the "final batch" of accounts were being processed shortly but that they needed a final bill from YE.I'm being fobbed off to the point where I'm considering passing this to a debt collector just to prove a point. Absolutely disgusting.0

I was a Yorkshire Energy (Gas and Electricity) customer until they went bust in December 2020, I was automatically moved to Scottish Power. The electricity transfer went through ok, but I am still waiting, 8 months later, for them to complete my gas transfer. I have been talking and emailing with them since February !!! I believe the problem is that they have not been able to find/acquire my gas meter serial number, even though I've sent them a photo of the meter with the serial number.
I believe that I am going to be unfairly billed when they finally sort this out, and I have been prevented from changing tariff or providers as my account was not in a fit state to change or transfer.
How should I ensure I am fairly billed once Scottish Power have resolved this ? What are my legal rights in this matter ?
Any assistance would be gratefully received0
