Work is done for today.  DH has been to docs and I've walked the dogs. Brrr it's cold.  Just need to put away a delivery then I'm off to the dentist.

We've not had a single snowflake.. and I am not complaining at all! I saw some snow, it was on the roof of a van which obviously came from out of town.

Dot is WILD, Squeak is on with her school stuff, Pixie .. is not... and Twinkle had a text saying we had to 'check in' on their account thing which I have no details for.. thats helpful!! I didn't even know they were doing anything for them.. hey ho! I need to set up Dot's school lappy to access her clarinet lesson.. I will delegate to OH I think.

I've made a smallish holiday payment and I need £150 more for Dots assessment.. OH is covering the initial £250 for the first appointment and I have the rest to pay.. I can scrape that together I guess. I MUST get on with my ebeasting and I am putting some knitted angels on NuM0nday (cheaper to sell than Et$y who charge a fortune) as soon as I have the brain power to get some thrown together.

I have laundry to hang up. DW needs to be on. I have my Der@mores package arriving.. I put in an order during their Advent offers and they didn't include my freebies so I complained.. and they are sending me freebies.

OH has shovelled the cat trays.. Percy was doing his best to follow him round filling them up again!

Cuppa... lunch for the squawks .. and laundry shuffling I think.

Thanks for the lists, count me in!

Just having a break from paid stuff, back for a meeting in an hour, I’ve done the dailies, wm x 1 done first thing and on the airer. Yesterday’s laundry folded.

I’ve told DH that we are going to be tackling a bit every day instead of leaving it until the weekend, going to make him into a fly gent! Anyway kitchen it is after work, I deep cleaned the dining room on Sat, including moving out the very heavy dresser just a bit to vac behind and underneath! 

Ok I’m off to grab lunch and have a quick walk for some fresh air. Take care all, will report back on kitchen progress later xx

OH has selected NHS healthy eating recipes for this week as he say he needs to loose some weight, I have been telling him for weeks, trouble is when he goes for his walks he is walking in to the next town and stopping to buy unhealthy stuff from the food shops!

Bleach shoved down toilets

To do hoovering

Get washing in off line at about 3.30pm when I can still see.

I haven't caught up on the thread yet, so hope all are well xx
I had a hand written letter in the post this morning, from someone who, apparently, walks down the back lane to work and they were complaining about dogs mess in the garden (it gets cleaned up regularly) an issue that the mess gets hosed down the lane ( it gets picked up, and then hosed) and that, apparently the dog is not walked?? So that was the start to my day!!!!
Anyway, was supposed to be in work today but swapped to take Mum for a Covid test before she starts radiotherapy.
I have done some washing and cleaned a toilet!!!!
Will look at the list now and cattch up with Fred xx

Marvellous Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
Level 1
Clear sides and wipe down - wipe small appliances and caddies etc.  Don't forget the splashbacks or tiles!
Replace what lives there, wiping as you go
Empty bin and clean it out too.
Throw away your manky dish cloth or sponge and replace with a new one!  Put out a new hand towel and a new tea towel too
Good slug of bleach down plugholes and in overflows
Level 2
Wipe down all cupboard and drawer fronts inside and out, not forgetting handles and tops and bottom as well as fronts!
Clean hob
Clean microwave
Sort fridge and wipe seals; weave stuff that needs using up into your meal plan; update shopping list as appropriate
Wash and wipe fridge shelves and baskets.
Dust dining area/room
Clean WM , TD and DW filters; remove WM detergent drawer and wash it out.
Wipe inside of washer door and DW door
Level 3
Sweep/mop/vacuum floor
Clean windows in both rooms.
Wash, bleach or replace dishcloth
EXTRAS
HHI
S&S bathroom
Go round the whole house wiping switches, banister rails and door handles.

Spent most of the day working through my bitty list...not got half ticked off yet but I have made progress.

Thanks Valli x I think the manner of the letter got to me more, there's no need for language
no flying yet....still trying to work out google classrooms and look at childrens work... I don't envy parents or teachers right now!!
