Followed the advice above and got this as a response. Thanks to good sir.blackdog2220 said:if this is a CP- plus MOTO case , others have had claims dropped by contacting MOTO
here is email of head man , he must be getting annoyed by now with cp plus and the damage they are doing the buisness
the person emaile moto CEO , and it was cancelled , will that help cp plus is now groupnexus
I emailed the CEO of Moto as suggested in other threads on this forum and it worked. Ken McMeikan (Ken.McMeikan@moto-way.co.uk) got back the same evening I emailed him, at around 2230 hours and agreed to cancel the PCN.
I'd also sent the same message in via the feedback form on their website and they did also get back to me from there several days later and agree to cancel it. As I said in my first post, I did try contacting MOTO several months ago via to ask for this and was turned away so something has obviously changed - possibly my approach.Thank you for writing to me.I am copying Paul Comer, Moto’s Commercial Manager, and will ask him to arrange for the Parking Notice to be cancelled.I hope you will be able to continue using Moto services going forward.Warmest regards,Ken McMeikanChief Executive, Moto7

I suspect MOTO are shocked by the sudden litigation by CP Plus (Group Nexus) against their legitimate customers whose data has been sat on for years.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Mesnaga - Have you got the email of Paul Comer, Moto's commercial manager as mentioned above?
It will probably be useful for future cases....1
