In relation to this point, I would like to add something that explains how even if the sign was legible, I cannot have willingly entered into a contract having not been exposed to any information until the end of my stay

Use the Excel v Wilkinson judgment - provided it is relevant, you can lead it in (not simply 'stapling' it to your Defence) and you understand what it is you are submitting and why.littlepea1 said:Morning all. Thank you all. Defence submitted. I must say I'm quite daunted by the telephone process reading through the thread, and the seemingly significant amount of extra preparation and time it will take to get to where I need to be for this.1
