Thought I’d add this to my original thread.I’ve been doing what’s recommended and putting daily living expenses through on the credit card and I’ve set up a DD to take payment in full each month.I was doing some reading online and I came across credit utilisation. Where it was saying you should only spend a % of your limit each month. Is that recommended?0

Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

Credit is a tool to help you achieve your financial goals. It isn't a straightjacket to force you to worship at the altar of some credit reference agency's random number generator.
If you are paying in full every month utilisation is not relevant. Make sure your outstanding balance (not your statement balance) doesn't go over your credit limit and you'll be fine.0
