Primary school (parents picking up kids creates traffic nightmare), buzzy electric boxes up poles and in the street, factory/shops traffic, attached property, garage you can't get a car in, busy pub ( remember them?), smelly petrol garage, anything that increases pollution (roundabout, t junction etc), tourist area, steep hills, unadopted or shared private roads, crime hotspots, still thinking... may come back with more!

    lack of privacy
  • Shared drive/shared access
    No drive at all
No access to back garden other than through the house
Fully open plan ground floor, semi open is ok
A shop, school, takeaway or pub in very close proximity
Bus stop directly in front of the house
    Overlooked back garden

That would be mine too. While there are others, the thought of a neighbour being able to do whatever they want across the whole drive to me is crazy. It’s a recipe for disaster.
  • Backs on to a travellers site.
  • Lots but on equal footing with a main road would be vendors not willing to move into rented accommodation.

I don't mind no parking, happy with small places, size of garden not a problem.

no scope for a second loo may also be an issue
