I don't drive and take a buttload of tablets (which is why I can't drive!) so if its not within walking distance of a pharmacy, it's useless to me.

    • On a flood plain
    • No gas supply
    • Poor natural light
    • No garden
    • Single skin walls
    • Too far from the sea
    • Too near to the sea
    • Slow/no broadband
    • Poor mobile reception
    • Noisy neighbours
    • Nearby barking dogs
  • would need to be a no through road ie cul-de-sac. need a garage with a drive. need back garden with patio to sit n drink beer.
  • I like houses which look tiny but aren't. I love Victorian terraced houses.
i moved out of London years ago into a mid terrace with a right off way past our kitchen. Every day in the summer next door put home grown flowers on the back step, and the other neighbour made marmalade. Sometimes we had to park up the road but it meant saying hello to lots of people on the walk to the front door.
Next door's cat often passed by and the elderly man opposite gave my daughter jelly beans.

  • A north facing garden unless long enough to get the sun further down
    Being on a main road
No parking- needs to ideally have driveway for 2 cars
Being old- I just don’t like older houses despite the extra space they often have.
    Damp or mould.
    Dog or cigarette smells.
A lounge diner. Got one at the moment and hate it.
    No space for dishwasher.

    Wow I’m fussy :-D
