And it's all change...again...
anyhoo I have taken curtain track down and associated hardware. Washed curtain track. It was not pleasant, the back of it was very very dusty. I will wash the curtain hooks and I have spares to replace a damaged one - they have loop as, although the curtains are lined I also have blackout linings to hang. Blackout linings in machine, special curtain programme found. Takes over 3 hours...
When I paint the sill I shall paint the batten. Second lot of stripper scraped off then washed. Should be able to start glossing this weekend.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

OH got loo rolls down off the shelf only a giraffe can reach... Dot promptly had a nose bleed and got blood all over one of them lol.. she is so classy.
Video appointment tomorrow at 5pm but no one knows who it is for.. it is my phone number they text so it could be absolutely anyone other than OH! .. however, we have narrowed it down to me; but no mention of it on my appointment record... Boog.. again no mention.. and Moomin... and we can not find an appointment letter anywhere so again no idea.. orthotics was December so if it is her then it must be the ortho surgeon.. but, who knows!! lol
We said we were going to bed 2.5 hours ago... that happened! haha

Ooh snow day! I was up early and making (slow) prepararions ready to go to the paid stuff but the roads are dreadful; more so there than here. Almost everyone who was there yesterday ended up abandoning cars.
I have already painted bathroom sill (coat 1) and the bedroom sill (tidy up coat - I am hoping that will do) and am just about to start the batten and sill in here. This sill will definitely need 2 coats and might even need 3.
Then, hopefully, I can get on with some flying. I'm also hoping to let the rabbits out but was unable to open the understorey door earlier.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

put out the recycling - glass jars that were emptied and washed for recycling on the same day.Woot woot.
WUDUPA (hardly any but trying to get into the habit)
sort a bag of birthday presents - find homes for presents and add bag to stash
Then I'll join you with a coffee and see what's happening in Flylady-land.
Hugs all round.

Morning all
Been awol this week, work chaos, enough said. House has descended into a midden as I’ve lost all impetus to do it. Laundry and washing up have been kept ticking over but that’s about it. DH says we will catch up this weekend but I really hate spending a whole day on housework (even though there’s not much else to do!!)
Anyway grump from me over, thank god it’s Friday. Hope you are all ok, hugs to any in need xx6 -
Sills and batten painted. My bedroom sill, which only needed a single coat will now need a second coat because SOMEBODY jumped on it. Becasue I left the door open because I was listening to the radio. Brush wrapped in clingfilm. The two sills I stripped may well need 3 coats. At the moment they look terrible and I am in the 'why did I even start this?' phase.
I have washed the curtain hooks in household soda. And that's all you need to know about them...*blush*
Have started a binbag dance. Managed to prize rabbit understorey door open so they are hopping about in the garden.

Good morning all x
I was going to post my list but it's too long!!!
I've cleaned up the dogs mess, had breakfast, put a load of washing on and popped to the shop x
I need to do some ironing and I want to pull out the furniture to get all the dog hair!!!
Also looking at online classroom work.
Catch you all later, hopefully after I have done something!!7 -
Round 1 completed + got the sticky stuff off another DE jar and washed it ready to decant hot chocolate powder into it. That's been on my 'to do' list for a looong time. Tick. And I washed my grill pan and rack. Not sure where that urge came from but it's done now.
Lunch next

First work shift done. I'm not being furloughed but my hours are changing temporarily. In positive news, no more split shifts for a while. Dailies done. No dog walk as it's foggy and icy. Waiting for new cooker to arrive, I'll see what flying I can get done.Spend less now, work less later.8
