    Well done! I'm still waiting for that 1 document to be put through. I called again and they said they will send a follow up message to underwriting  hope it's any day now!

    From my experience Natwest are taking the 4-5 days to process the submitted documents so best to get it sent over fast as you  can. I am still waiting for my official offer via digidocs they have told me over the phone its been offered however I need this in black and white  :D

    we heard nowt so chased our broker who in turn chased NatWest, apparently they want another 2-3 working days minimum 🤷‍♂️
    Getting frustrated now 😞

    We’ve had the same. Submitted on the 10th with all paperwork, valuation was done on the 20th, then radio silence. Broker chased this past week and they said that it’s due to go to underwriters “some time next week” and said they were just inundated with applications at the moment

    I called Natwest on the 10th June apparently my additional borrowing is approved however still waiting for official offer via digidocs  :smile: every is so slow and the wait pretty painful

    Takes forever
    I'm still waiting for confirmation they've checked the last doc. They said at about 2pm it should be done by the end of the day but looks like they're going over the timescale

    Yes, everything is over the service levels they have published, I wonder how other lenders differ at the moment only mortgage brokers would know.
