I've spoken to them today and they've said it will be assessed within 25 working days from the date that they acknowledged receiving our documents.Ayla172 said:
I am in the same boat (applied 29/09 too) and no valuation mentioned on the tracker. I am assuming it's to do with location rather than anything else as the house is quite rural. Once the documents are looked at I imagine (or hope!) it would be next in the process.elleb86 said:Is there anyone who applied on 29/09 still waiting for a valuation to be booked in? It just seems like it's been so long for nothing to have happened yet, documents not looked at and valuation not booked.0 -
We got our offer through today! So relieved 😅 we applied through a broker on 16/09, valuation done on 23/09, request for additional information on 11/10, offer received 18/10. Fingers crossed for everyone still waiting!3

Was your application fairly straight forward? Any adverse credit? We have a few minor bits from 5 years ago.Little_Gem said:

Fingers crossed for everyone still waiting! We had an offer on the table but just as the chain was ready to move we realised our original mortgage offer was coming towards the expiry date, and aldermore( previous lender) wouldn’t extend. So we are starting the whole process again with NatWest, painful process!0 -

Hi, Did you apply direct or through a broker?TheBookThief said:I applied on 04/10 and my tracking number started working yesterday (17/10). My valuation was instructed on 17/10 for the 18/10. Do Natwest instruct valuations straightaway and then assess affordability etc later? My tracker has no updates other than the valuation being instructed1 -
No adverse credit, I think it was a pretty straightforward application. We did apply for a 95% mortgage under the governments mortgage guarantee scheme and it was close to the maximum they would lend us though so had me a bit worried!shanod said:
