however they've stated they've not cancelled the other one.

They are proceeding with one claim?  Why one and not the other, do you think?

Do you still have the 2017 cancellation letter and does it relate to the PCN named on the claim that's still live?

I wish - that would be hilarious if they'd cancelled the other PCN I didn't have a cancellation letter for.
But alas, it's the same PCN as on the original cancellation letter from CP Plus in 2017.

DPD is just pointing out to you that he saw some ParkingEye signs a couple of years ago. You are right to ask the relevance of this but don't expect anything sensible.

I've also had the questionnaire though from DCBL, they're offering me a chance to settle...

Breach of DPA would be the obvious one. They Processed your data without any cause, as the alleged debt was cancelled by them X years previously

I find that the answers to most such questions can be found by going on the internet, logging on to relevant fora,  and using a search engine, google is excellent for this subject..

So why do forums exist if for not for people to come to gather other peoples knowledge of suggestions on a subject?
Sorry, I forget it's for people, to tell other people, how wrong they are. Thanks for reminding me, I was starting to think that the internet had become a friendly place.
