ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!however they've stated they've not cancelled the other one.They are proceeding with one claim? Why one and not the other, do you think?
Do you still have the 2017 cancellation letter and does it relate to the PCN named on the claim that's still live?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But alas, it's the same PCN as on the original cancellation letter from CP Plus in 2017.

Breach of DPA would be the obvious one. They Processed your data without any cause, as the alleged debt was cancelled by them X years previously3

I find that the answers to most such questions can be found by going on the internet, logging on to relevant fora, and using a search engine, google is excellent for this subject..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
