The argument that because other customers have paid their "penalty" it is only fair to them that you too should pay yours is truly detestable.   What they should be saying is they will do everything within their power to assist those other customers to claim refunds.
With RoadChef it is indeed A PENALTY .... the PENALTY a motorist has for stopping off ?

They are a company totally out of touch with customers

...and I've got a court date.

They've also got a £70 trial fee to pay according to the paperwork I've received.

Then you know from the NEWBIES thread what stage you are now at, and your deadline to comply.

The most recent threads showing things to include in a WS are by @jrhys and also here, by me:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6279348/witness-statements-2-transcript-exhibits-re-parking-firms-falsely-added-contractual-costs/p1

Use the example you find when you click on jrhys' profile and look at his recent replies, and change the facts to suit, and add in the new transcript shown above (jrhys already had one of them).

As yours is CP Plus, a major point will be the POFA (lack of it) by that firm, as they never use the keeper liability law.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
