No masks, Brexit will save Britain from Brussels.Risteard said:Jeepers_Creepers said:No need for an apology, Ris. It's your view. But I still ask you - why aren't you complaining at the proroguing of Parliament, unanimously found to have been illegal by 13 supreme court judges? If you want to call something 'treasonous', why not choose something factual to chew on rather than subjective? What about the string of blatant, bare-faced lies told in the cause of Brexit? No? Nothing to say about this? Why not?One of the funniest is the 'savings' we'd have for the NHS should we leave. In the whole 47 years of being in the EU, I understand the UK has contributed to it a total of ~£217 billion. In the 2 years since the 'vote' - yes, before we even left! - the UK has lost guess how much, due to lack of investment and the direct nobbling effect to our economy? Snap. And yet you say nothing. Lamp post ma botty. You are welcome to your view, but thankfully you are in an ever-diminishing minority.
The so-called "EU" flies in the face of national sovereignty. Whilst I have never accepted British jurisdiction in my country I agree with Brexit. This is because I am not so hypocritical and misguided to believe that London rule should be substituted for Brussels rule. That would be such a hollow "victory".
Stupidly high rate of covid, British trade affected. rUle briTtaniahhh.0 -

I never mentioned saving Britain from Brussels. I pointed out that there is no point saving Ireland from Britain whilst simultaneously being the lapdog of Brussels. This is why all attacks on the so-called "EU" must be encouraged. It is an affront to the world.
