the roses on it are they silk ones ?
No they're wooden roses. A little more expensive than some fake flowers but definately worth itIf my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!0 -
Hi I am new to this forum & trying hard to find some new ways to save some money.
I think the gifts etc you are making are lovely, I think I have just found myself a new hobby.....looks like the housework will have to wait whilst I go flannel hunting :j0 -

I am currently looking out for the
Walkers mini eggs that were in the 99p
shop last year,if anyone spots these
in the shops can they let me know
so I can get more
click on pics to enlarge
I had bought the Cadburys mini eggs
but when I came to use them they
were all dark in colour and looked a
bit ugly.I saw these and they looked much
better tasted really nice and the size of
the eggs was more useful. This above is a
chocolate slab I made the tin case is about
3.5 inches in diameter and has a loose bottom
on it it was only 65p in a kitchen shop in
Llandudno, but they sell them in lots of places
I sprinked the eggs on it while the chocolate was
while the melted choclate was still soft.wrapped in
cellophane with a bit of a bow it looked really nice
did a chunky fudge one too

in the meqn time I am going to check out
Wilkinsons & Tesco for flannels
if anyone is looking for shredded tissue paper
to decorate Easter gifts Hobbycraft are selling
bags of it in pastel shades pink, lemon, green etc
49p a bag its quite compacted in the bag so once
opened it fluffs up to a good amount.
