Well done you on the weight loss, 8lb is great. I was going to take a look at Bez's workouts when they launch tomorrow as some days I happily walk miles, but when I don't go out, I do nothing.

What sort of Butter Bean stew do you make? I have a pack of meat out and was considering making a stew with that in and have just looked at a BBC Good Food and a Delicious Magazine recipe - both quite different. I like the idea of serving it Greek style at Easter with some slow cooked lamb

I’m I’m the same SL i cleaned the whole house yesterday but I had hardly done any steps the butterbean stew is easy it’s just a stock cube tin of tomatoes tin of butterbean a leak and a couple of slices of smoked bacon pinch of salt and pepper lightly fry the bacon and leek in a pan add other ingredients bring to the boil and leave to cook for about 30 minutes it’s very tasty and I always use the dark green bits of the leeks I will walk a lot further when the weather picks up but at the moment with all the ice it’s not worth the risk I can quite happily find nothing to do

Thanks for that, this recipe I have  is only slightly different with carrot and pepper (and I shall add chick peas for a bit of a nutty flavour). This recipe suggests spinach and I have some frozen balls so might add a couple and substitute the beef I have for bacon

Been as far as the park and back absolutely lethal even the poor dog couldn’t stand up everything is just thick ice not risking a fall in that plenty to do in the house going to do some exercises roast for lunch and then going to make a stew for tomorrow with left over meat wish this weather would pick up so I could spend some more time outside keep looking at the garden thinking I could find loads of things to do out there if it wasn’t covered in snow of course I just feel we have a long way to go yet have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

Morning everyone just going to call on my neighbour to see if she wants any shopping getting she probably will some paths are still icy and it’s pouring down she is very independent still driving and quite fit likes to be out walking but the weather has been to bad lately it’s just mr A and the market and I’m going there myself so it’s no hardship then it’s a good walk with the dog we’ve both got waterproof coats so it doesn’t matter about the rain anything is better than the ice although she hates her coat then come back bit of house work and a fitness video jacket potatoes for tea and that’s as exiting as it gets I’m afraid have a good day everyone whatever you are doing
