You’re doing really well still getting the steps in but don’t feel guilty if you don’t feel up to it. Not that I can talk as I still tried to exercise with my leg in plaster 🙄I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Morning got weighed yesterday and since 27th of December I’ve lost 11 pounds happy with that that’s a good start be happy if I can lose a pound a week now hopefully I will be able to get a good walk in every day and maybe fingers crossed 🤞 I get back to work soon all Direct debits out of bank didn’t save as much as I hoped in January had a few things that came up but have started another savings pot for this year I am trying to put away enough money by January to pay all my big bills like car insurance vet bills house insurance etc I always have enough but i save it as I go along i want to have it all saved for the start of the year if that makes sense it does to me😂also keeping up with my holiday savings and wedding present savings all ready to go to the forest now get a good few miles in it’s quiet through the week getting far to busy to go on a weekend snow forecast for tomorrow so hopefully we can get out if it’s not to bad supposed to be heavy roll on spring although a good few years ago we were coming back from Ibiza in may and the pilot said the temperature we were leaving and unfortunately ladies and gentlemen it is snowing at Newcastle airport we thought it was a joke it wasn’t right I’m off to fight the flab sun is shining hard frost but here we go the start of another month have a good day everyone whatever you are doing2

Thanks SA I told myself from the beginning if I can lose a pound a week I will be happy let’s hope I forget to say I’ve also set myself a little fun pot up for when things get back to normal whatever that will be not a lot but just bits and bobs so when I meet up with friends there will be money in the kitty for coffees lunch and bus fares just so I’m not taking it out of weekly money and thinking should I or should I call it of and do it another time anyway I’m saving money on haircuts if I was to be invited anywhere now I would frighten the life out of everyone 😂2
