Good luck with getting healthier! I started the couch to 5K recently, also trying to eat more fruit and veggies

Thanks jade I started 27th of December day after Boxing Day and I know I have a long way to go but I’m feeling loads better already I’m trying to make most of my plate veggies fills me up and I am going to try and do a bit more exercise good luck with the couch to 5K I would love to see the day I was able to say that on here about me but you never know 😂

Good to hear you’re feeling better for your healthy eating and exercise. I did the C25k in spring/summer. I previously ran on treadmills but for short periods mixed in with walking. Amazed myself when I ended up street running for 40 minutes non stop. Really enjoyed it too.

Beanielou I had a terrible time when we went into the first lockdown if anyone told me I would have felt how I did I would never have of believed it something just clicked when my son told me they were getting married in 2022 and I had it in my mind that straight after Xmas that was it it was my saving grace when I look back I can’t believe how I felt I have always classed myself as such a tough person but it just floored me and put a lot of things into perspective and for the first time in my life I am been selfish and putting myself first and it’s working long may it continue

Beanie hope your taking your own advice 😂😂😂😂😂 Izzy I’m so pleased something has clicked for you....there’s nothing like an incentive to keep you focussed. Keep thinking of the day of the wedding and how proud you’ll feel of the offspring and yourself 👍

Been for a good walk in deep snow hard going but enjoyed it no traffic and everything was so quiet it was lovely walked for 2 hours when I was coming back people were starting to get the kids out with sledges plenty of snowmen getting made met a man told me he was 88 just been for his jab he had a set of walking poles said they were working flat out trying to keep the doctors car park open but it was covered back up as fast as they were clearing it and of course nobody could get to the doctors to get stuck what a predicament poor souls just stopped snowing now and supposedly turning to rain tomorrow as long as it doesn’t freeze we should be ok but can’t see that happening little dog is snoozing now it’s alright for some have a good day everyone whatever you are doing
