I struggled to get into my books when we first went into the pandemic last year. My mind was all over the place. I suppose it’s the same for you only it’s because of all the stuff going on with your house. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer.

Funny you should say about reading books....since I came out of hospital I can’t get stuck into a book and I used to love reading.....
Hope things begin to move with the house situation- must be so frustrating for you. No wonder you’re head is all over the show.

Thanks Sarah I have decided I will run the freezer down now just to be on the safe side and anything I do have left in it can go in my cool bag should be alright for a couple of hours
Lots of removal companies refuse to move perishable items (in their Ts and Cs). Also, after your freezer has been switched off, defrosted, cleaned and moved, you need to level it and leave it for (preferably) 12 hours to let all the refridgerant and gases settle (the removers will normally tilt it on a sack truck when they move it) - we got a friend to store some bits in their freezer for us

Haven’t been doing much these last few days to hot had a e mail from EA saying all paperwork will be back for 2nd July so will exchange after that I don’t know if that means we will move the following week but I hope so trying to work out of the freezer but we are not making much of a dent but it’ll get there got another surveyor coming tomorrow as the couple that are buying my house have got different terms on there mortgage or something like that I can’t remember my head is a whirl it’s been really hot poor dog has struggled but it has to be a bit cooler with showers the rest of the week going to pack a bit more after surveyor been he will have to make his way around the boxes I’m afraid I’m going to have a look at some dining tables tomorrow just to give me a bit of idea what I’m looking for and price I am going to have a bigger one when I move so everyone can sit round it when they come and not have odds and sods of chairs every Xmas like the royal family 😂

Glad things seem to be moving on your house move.  I wondered how things were going, it seems such a long drawn out process house selling even with computers, I think covid has had an impact on searches there seems to be a backlog.  Enjoy looking at dining tables in a few weeks time this will be in the past and you will be settled in your new home - with a new dining table ready for Christmas!! take care of yourself, thinking of you x
