    Morning had a good walk with the dog earlier cooler but better for the dog but warm now been and had my haircut it grows so thick I keep it short but it soon loses it’s shape I’m always pleased to see the hairdresser I’ve got a bit more stuff to take to the charity shop but won’t get there until Thursday going to sort out a kitchen cupboard today I got rid of a lot of stuff when I got a new kitchen but I am going to pack my cake tins and some more baking stuff I won’t be baking before I move that’s another job done hopefully hear something this week don’t expect a moving date but would like to think we are a little bit further forward some sort of pasta for tonight to make and I’ve hung a line of washing out but not a lot else going on have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

    Just a thought on freezers....do you still need to keep them unplugged after travelling with them or doesn’t that apply anymore. I remember when we moved here - we used all the contents and had to keep it unplugged for about 24 hours. But I’m going back a lonnnnnng time here.

    I don’t know milann I hear that as well mine is a frost free one don’t know if that makes any difference I know when I moved into this house I emptied it but plugged it straight back in when we got here don’t know if that was right or wrong and it was also 32 years ago

    Morning just back in from walking the dog it’s a bit cooler this morning supposed to warm up later I love it poor dog hates it of to the market for veg got some little new potatoes last week and they were delicious we are eating a lot more salad than veg while it’s warm but it’s good value of the market and it lasts heard last night my boss doesn’t think we will be back to work until the end of September I think he is going to keep us furloughed I am going to pop in and see him later it will help me to have the time for moving house but I’m still looking forward to going back just for some human company have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

    I don’t think I’ll be back in the office until September at the earliest. They’re prioritising people who can’t comfortably work from home and people with mental health issues, rightly so though. I’m looking forward to seeing my colleagues again. It’s been really hot here today, too hot for my dog, but I love it.

    I love the sunshine as well bring it on but the dog suffers I suppose she is wearing a fur coat bless her I’m the same I’m looking forward to seeing people again I might not be saying that in the winter I will just enjoy the weather while I can

    Dog walked it’s going to be another hot one line of washing out going to clean the bathroom and have a bit of a clean upstairs I just have to work around boxes not much else I can do so I will be sitting in the garden later

    When I moved the removal guy said to leave it unplugged for 2 hrs if that helps? Mines also a frost free it's something to do with the element inside needs to right itself.

    Thanks Sarah I have decided I will run the freezer down now just to be on the safe side and anything I do have left in it can go in my cool bag should be alright for a couple of hours
