House has gone on the selling site today looks lovely just the type of house I want 😂bit of a uprising in the street little boy next door was crying the people the other side are going o camp out in my new garden the lady a bit further up is going to sleep in my spare bedroom and the lady over the road has been out with her sweeping brush all day making a point of shouting loudly to everyone how the street is a disgrace and she’s not going to be brought down to anybody else’s level she’s wasting her time she’s not going to shame any of them they are shameless and the poor woman at the bottom of the street burst into tears I ended up making her a cuppa to calm her down and the women next door to her declared that was it she was going in a bungalow I think I might of started world war 3

I’ve seen a few milann but the minute you see them they are sold manic at the minute but now I am on with an agent I will get to know about ones that are coming up as well I think mine will sell straight away 🤞but who knows it just means I will have to try and get something but I won’t be rushed in to taking anything I have made that clear it has to be somewhere I want to be forever now just wish I could pick my house and garden up and move them I felt a bit better yesterday I was talking to a girl who used to live at the other end of the estate and she said I was exactly like you I loved my house and I didn’t want to give it up but it’s the best thing she’s ever done loves her new house and wishing she had done it sooner

Blimey that was quick. You need to chat up your estate agent (and possibly others) along the lines that you can't sell until you have somewhere and this is what you are looking for so you get early alerts - check out which agents are getting most of the houses to sell where you want to move to - maybe walk round the streets and look at the sale agreed and sold boards? - in the meantime start looking at your local news and police reports and checking if any schools are having problems, where shops are so you don't choose the wrong place.

Is your place on the market? Often estate agents won't prioritise you as a buyer until you have your own place up for sale or under offer. That's what I found anyway. It may be that you need to put yours on the market.
