Been for my vaccine very well organised hats off to all the staff and marshals straight in and out never felt a thing great job I was just thinking I think it’s the first time this year I’ve had a half descent top and trousers on not that anyone seen them but the nurse I had my coat on but I felt better and just realised when I cam back why the dog had her sad eyes on it’s because she’s never been on her own for a year never mind made up for it when I came back we have been for a good long walk lovely sunshine let’s hope this is the start of things picking up there seems as if there was a lot of young people getting there jabs I think a lot of them will be carers but it’s good news we are getting through them so quickly and maybe back to some sort of normality

Hope you’re ok after your jab 👍 Just found another good workout on You Tube - Get Fit with Rick Disco Funk. It’s a 23 minute walk/dance and has a step counter, step count for the class is 3000. Great fun 😁

Thanks SA feel fine hubby said he had a sore arm but I was fine just haven’t posted as I never feel I have a lot to say I know it’s the same for everyone but I never feel as if I haven’t done anything same old same old thanks for the workout recommendations I am going to have a look and do that a bit later on tonight

Excitement here this morning I have just had a email to say my new trainers are coming I don’t like buying shoes without trying them on but have seen such good reviews for hotter ones that I’ve bit the bullet and ordered them 105 pounds reduced to 45 I have such bad feet with plantar fasciitis and tendinitis I have to have a lot of support postie comes about ten so I will be straight out walking in them if they fit can’t wait will let you all know how I get on I’m easy pleased😂

New trainers arrived I must have been the last parcel so just had a short walk but it was absolutely pouring down did a YT exercise cleaned kitchen and bathroom and that is it today very happy with the trainers look nicer than I thought even my son liked them said I looked like Liam Gallagher 😂 cheeky mare very comfortable so there will be no stopping me now was going to walk to my sons house but time was getting on it’s about 3 miles away and I thought I’d better not with new shoes until I’ve tried them out hubby was full of twist saying you do to much you’ve done enough today it’s to far your becoming obsessed the trouble is he wants me here all the time to be waiting on him hand and foot it’s not going to happen I will be up and out in the morning whatever the weather
