I have been for a good walk today I am supposed to get weighed at the end of every month but I can’t wait I got weighed this morning since the 27 th of December I have lost exactly a stone i know I have a long way to go but I can’t tell you how much fitter I feel I have been doing a exercise on you tube about 3 times a week which I am really enjoying i have so much more energy can’t wait for the better weather to get out and about more still furloughed at the minute but the way I am going back to work I will still fit a good walk in and the you tube exercises my biggest stumbling block is the cooking I get sick to death of it to be honest my husband is such a plain eater and he won’t try anything so I am always making 2 different meals I usually make a bit more for myself and freeze it but he’s hard work but I’m not giving in im determined to do this I’ve decided it’s time to look after myself we still have a lot of snow but it was a lot milder today and a couple of days should see it gone hopefully we won’t get anymore1

Well done, a stone is a really good loss 🥳You must be starting to notice a difference. I’m like you with the cooking, always have to do two separate meals. Mr SA is a very plain eater like your hubby, he won’t try anything different. Keep going you’re doing brilliantly 👏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
