    Thanks beanielou the neighbours from hell shouted over today when they came and put the board up asking if we fancy a different area I shouted no just a different street and marched in I can’t even look at them I’m praying they are still in bed when I get these viewings they usually are

    Had a good walk today and decided I will be doing a 100 squats a day everyday found the scales lost another 3 pounds happy with that said from the start if I can lose a pound a week i will be happy even though I’ve got a long way to go got another viewing Monday somebody who has sold there house I will definitely need a tent at this rate might do a exercise on YT in a minute just to get my steps up my Fitbit is working but they are having problems with the app at the minute so won’t sync 👎

    Thanks SA I’m really enjoying the exercise and I know I’ve got a long way to go but I have really put my mind to it I think I used to struggle making different meals all the time but I just accept that’s the way it is

    A lot easier if you break them down into chunks of 4 x 25. I’ve done this challenge before 🤣
