I need all the help I can get my youngest son is getting married August 2022 so a year and eight month but I need it I am determined to have a lovely dress and enjoy the day feeling very focused but it’s early days but I know it will soon come round I need to do this for myself as well struggling to get my steps in today with it being so icy outside but I have done some exercises in the house car service paid for and bills have come out so should have some savings at the end of the month got loads in the freezer and don’t need any cleaning stuff or toiletries not happy about not having my hair cut I go every five weeks and I need to keep it short but it soon loses it’s shape and I end up looking like a mop never mind it will be covered in a wool hat for the next few weeks

Good morning I got a phone call of a elderly neighbour last night who is scared to go out because of the ice she is very independent but pavements where like glass yesterday she is frightened she is going to run out of milk so my first job of the day is to go and get her some shopping I’ve told her to write a list I have said I will get her shopping all the time if she wants but no she insists it’s just until this ice goes no changing her mind I’m afraid then I will have a good walk with the dog bitterly cold but paths do look a bit better just had a heavy snow shower so better get moving then I can be in the house if things get worse hope everyone has a good day whatever you are doing

Shop shopping done spent 15 pounds in Aldi and 4 pounds on market for fruit and veg first spends of the year happy with that neighbours shopping handed over safely good walk don e but my it’s hard going in this ice pavements lethal tried to walk on grass and roads where I could but it’s done and I am in the house now think it has to be the same all week roll on spring every where was quiet don’t think the panic buying is as bad this time unless it was just because I was early sausage casserole for tea stuck to my plan since 26th December feel a lot better in myself and I know it’s horrible weather at the moment but I just keep thinking it’s got to get better and I will find it easier then because I’ve gone out and done it now also helps that I’ve got my meals planned this is something I am going to continue with especially when I’m back to work it has made such a difference

I don’t blame your mum not wanting to go out in the ice. I’m the same. Pleased you managed to get the shopping done. I haven’t been out since New Year’s Eve, when I stocked up on milk and a few bits. I will need to go out soon though as things are getting low. I did wonder if people would be panicking all over again and the shelves would be empty 😱
It sounds as if you are doing very well with your planning 👏👏

I’ve just started doing SlimmingWorld again. I got to target for my dds wedding then it went back on and I was at target 4 years ago again. Life has thrown me some curveballs and emotional and boredom eating meant I put half back on. So I’ve bought a 12 week countdown - I’m giving it my best shot and whatever I am at the end of the 12 weeks I’m calling target so that I don’t have to pay again. I only want to loose just over a stone but know if I don’t tackle it now it’ll get to be a bigger number. I’m not good at planning though....so I’m aiming to have the right kind of food in so I can eat from that- whatever I fancy on that day🤞

I will cheer you on I hope to god I’ve lost some in 12 weeks I have a lot more than you to loose so by the time you’re 12 weeks is up I should hopefully be feeling a difference it’s a good idea to have plenty in that you can eat that you know is going to help you if you don’t have any rubbish in you can’t eat it i am not buying any biscuits crisps or picky bits then I can’t eat them it’s like anything you have got to have your head round it and you sound like you have 👍

Well done on getting the steps in even in the snow and ice. I can't wait for the light mornings to come back so I can get a good portion of my steps done before I start work. I know I used to walk to work in the dark but don't fancy doing it unless I really have to.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
