I have a mend to report for the first time in ages. I repaired a seam in a dress that had come undone.
I have a make do as well. I bought a large man's shirt in a charity shop a couple of months ago as I loved the fabric. I have now turned it into a top for myself to wear and I absolutely love it.
I'm at the start of a minimising session at the moment. I have spent the last couple of days sorting through my craft cupboard and fabric stash and have found quite a few bits of fabric that I won't ever use so I will try and sell them on when I have finished my isolation period (don't want to inadvertently pass any unpleasant bugs on). I will start decluttering the rest of the flat over the next month.Lisa

Men's shirt in the Charity shops are often cheaper than for women. this year I have bought two for me, both a medium size and much better quality than a lot of women's tops.13

Minimising lots of things in my bedroom. Discovered LOADS of things for card making, so shouldn't need to buy any cards this year!
Making a handbag for a friend's birthday from a pair of jeans & fabric lining from my stash. She sent me the video in November, saying how nice she thought it was. Think she'll be surprised to receive one!Use it up, wear it out

Been doing a bit of mending, trousers for dd1 work partner, a couple of pairs of socks and another pair waiting, started knitting an old wip but that will be slow as my wrists dont play ball these days, and various seam splits oh and a dog bed.
I'm on a no spend January, but come February I'll be hunting in charity shops for mens shirts to see if I can fashion some tops or something, failing that perhaps the start of a small quilt for someone next Xmas!!!

Mended the base board in the kitchen. It hasn't fitted correctly since we had a new washer.
DH stripped back the wires and reconnected the speakers on the small stereo in our lounge.
Sorted 7 small drawers in various pieces of furniture and found loads of cables for items we no longer own, recycled them.10 -
Can I join in please?
Make do: Needed wrapping paper for a party DS is going to tomorrow, but didn’t have anything. Pulled out brown packing paper from a recent parcel, stamped “happy birthday” and a picture of a present on it using some rubber stamps and ink pads I already had. Then wrapped it up without sellotape and tied with free red ribbon that came with an order ages ago. Added a tag I cut from some sparkly green card I found in the drawer and job done!
Mend: Not yet - on the list for next week.
Minimise: Finally offloaded the double bed frame (given away free and someone picked it up this week). Just need to get the mattress gone and then DD will be able to move into her own room (she’s 11 months).2025 decluttering: 3,452🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

Dropped a bag off for charity shop, then minimised rubbish in the garage by taking a trip to the dump.
Slowly working through my fabric stash, I'm making some bunting for my mum, & lavender fish & chickens to sell online or at future craft fayres. Trying to use every bit of each piece of fabric, rather than cut one thing out then put the scraps back in the box.
Starting to see the clutter reducing in my bedroom too, either through selling or donating ☺️Use it up, wear it out
