Make do, Mend and Minimise in 2021

Mend: Replaced the button on my work trousers. It had split in two.
Minimise: slowly clearing the loft. Placed 6 items on Olio and they were requested within minutes. All collected and out of my way. 
Another crochet blanket finished and off to the charity shop tomorrow. Already started the next one.
Make do: making meals from the freezer contents. Need the room for Xmas  and possible YS after Xmas. 
DH broke 3 tea plates. Unwanted minimising

@mandy47 That's a shame about the tea plates.

Mended:

- Hole in my cotton sock. It's very hard to find 100% cotton socks in mainstream shops; they're all 'cotton rich' now, which makes my athlete's foot flare up. I take good care of the socks I still have!

- Re-attached the half of the cuff that had come loose from dd1's posh angora/alpaca (or similar) wool sweater. My Mum bought it for me about 6 years ago on a closing down sale of a posh shop; it was marked down from €240 to €65.

- Fixed 2 holes on the outside of dd1's boottype slippers.

- Fixed the torn pocket of rainproof trousers (the sturdy plastic type), using a piece of an old sock from the rag bag to reinforce the back. The tear is quite high up and should be covered by the jacket.
