Move out please. I have no idea which part of Lancashire you live in. Done searches for a few places and you can rent a 1 bedroom property for £395-425. That allows £225 to go towards bills, food etc.
Where you live, did you have those tighter restrictions like what Blackburn had?
Move out! You went home so it's not like she hasn't had to get on with it without you before.

£650 for a room even including bills is a joke. If your brother is struggling to get an apprenticeship can we assume he isn't paying £650 too? If he is that's a nice little earner a month!
Your parents finances are not your problem. You can be happy with the fact you tried it to help out. It hasn't worked and you can go back to your way of living knowin you tried.
