How important is an accurate floor plan in selling a house? What about 3D floor plans?

Sorry I didn't mean video tour, more the 3D ones - here's an example https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=XuHUQBfKhAC

Feels a bit intrusive now they've taken property off the market.AdrianC said:

I don't bear any grudge despite being devastated when they pulled out 3 months into the process.1 -
Floorplan yes, I like to see what the layout is like, if the rooms are in the wrong place then I can swerve it. Dimensions are useful too but imo a floorplan is more important.

Have to agree with most in this thread - always like to see a detailed floor plan.
A clear and simple layout which is accurate and has the correct sizes (including total floor area) etc etc.
Cannot stand 3D floor plans
If a seller/EA cannot be bothered to do that - why should they get my business !
As an aside - seeing as i am looking at flats - some EA's cannot even be bothered to put what floor the property is on !1 -
If there is a market link with price history that gets you to the real address quickly through sold data.AdrianC said:
Even if you only have the photos and road name, it's usually rarely hard to figure out which it is on streetview.ProDave said:Of course you can see all that from google earth IF ONLY the google earth link in the estate agents details was actually centred on the house for sale, not a random property nearby.
If relatively new it is sometimes possible to find the site promotion material with some careful Google.
Planning is often another useful resource.1
