How important is an accurate floor plan in selling a house? What about 3D floor plans?

So I’ve been have a discussion with my EA about redoing the floor plan as it’s a very basic one.
When I’m looking at properties, I like to see what the actually size and shape of the rooms are, along with the square footage.
What do you ladies and gents think?
'EDIT'
What about 3D floor plans like this one where you can physically walk around the house? https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=XuHUQBfKhAC

I like seeing correct floor plans, with the dimensions on them too. I did look at them and decided to view based on them (and the photos/location etc).5

Seems a waste of time to do a floor plan if you're not going to put dimensions on it (and make it accurate - amazing the number of ones I see with doors/windows obviously missing).

Exactly- our plan was missing the airing cupboard (1.2x1m) and a cupboard in our bedroom at the same sizedavidmcn said:Seems a waste of time to do a floor plan if you're not going to put dimensions on it (and make it accurate - amazing the number of ones I see with doors/windows obviously missing).30th June 2021 completely debt free…. I get put off when there is no floor plan, especially if the listing doesn't say the total floor area either. One estate agent near me hardly ever has them and I just don't understand why people still use them. After viewing one place they had listed and finding the en suite, as described in the ad, was actually a tiny cupboard with a sink and shower squeezed in- but no loo!? I just skip past their listings6

For me, very important, as are dimensions and at least one photo of every room.
I know of a couple of EAs near me who frequently fail on all 3 counts in their listings.

I also agree with all the above, if there’s not a decent floor plan I’m not interestedEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur3

We bought this house without any floorplan at all on the RM listing.
BUT... that (along with the general shonkiness of the listing and lousiness of the photos) meant it was on our B list, and we only viewed because we were running out and were seeing something else the same agent had.
Yes, yes, yes to a decent plan with dimensions. And those dimensions MUST be metric. Add the dimensions in dibnah if you really must, because you're targetting elderly buyers, but only as dual-dimensioned.
And do not be tempted by those risible colourful 3d plans. They simply make it harder to see what the rooms are like. All you need is a B'n'W line drawing.5 -
I wouldn’t look further at a listing online unless there was a decent floor plan. So it’s essential in my opinion.3

So here is the floor plan the EA has done for me - please don't get me wrong, I think that the EA is actually real good bar this. With their local knowledge its really well worth having them advertise the property.
The second image is one I've done in about 10mins - not perfect but its a lot better I think.
