You're right @CuppaTea. Be kind to yourself and move on. Personally I find it best to plan when I intend to have a drink. It's a long time since I had a s*d it day and I'm pleased about that.

Pleased to say I've managed 4 AF days this week in very trying circumstances so 11/15 please. Aiming for 4 more next week too but as helping with a house move not sure that will work.
