I'm going to see Coldplay at Wembley today and hope to tick off another 'first', going to a stadium gig and not having a drink. Since Chris Martin famously doesn't do drugs, smoke, drink or even drink coffee I'm hopeful that there will be some AF drinks available and I won't be restricted to tap water 🤞. 16/25 please cathybird. Thank you. Had a lovely day out at Cheshire Oaks Outlets with my sister, in a failed attempt to find her a dress for our nieces wedding in September. I, on the other hand, bought a lovely dress which was mean of me as I've already got the dress I am going to wear. I also managed to totally mess up and buy a Hobbs bolero jacket in an xs instead of xl size! I was sure I picked up an xl, doh.So that wasn't a bargain.

My AF weekend was going well until
someone bought me a drink and I couldn’t say no. Tricky situation. It fell apart after that. But I don’t do much socially so I decided not to beat myself up over it.

Hi each. Audition wasn't great, not as ready to rock'n'roll as they implied on the 'phone. But another band contacted me yesterday so I await their call, a name band locally so let's hope...

17/30 today, doing a pre-gig sound check for a mate's band (new equipment - ooh!) so payment for that (totally unexpected!) will be a free curry! I can live with that!
