Have a great weekend Rob. Good news about the AF lager. I wish more places served low/no alcohol drinks. I went to see Coldplay at Wembley and my choices were sugary Coke or bottled water both at about £4, I stuck to the free tap water 😕.

Just catching up on here. We put our phones away for the time we were on holiday. Checked work emails once in the evening and that was it. Had a brilliant time, although no photos taken was a downside to not taking phones out and about with us. 

I was hoping for 4 or 5 AF days whilst away and managed 4 so I think that means I am up to 18 days counting today and yesterday please. On the days I did have a drink, my wife and I shared a bottle of nice wine so no stupid drinking.
