2/31 for me, today is the first big test of my resolve as it is the last day of my 2 weeks Christmas break. I can already feel the going back to work dread.

Good afternoon everyone,
Apologies, late to the new thread but I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
Thanks for running the thread Cathy, it's much appreciated.
I have my final tally for December 18, please could I be TF for both Jan and annual challenge. Although I hope to spend most of the month AF.
Annie, hope you are recovered after your fall, and that everyone else is safe and well.
Arkers x

Hello. Could I join please, I’m finding that being indoors practically all of the time is making it tempting to reach for a glass of wine or a gin everyday and then, before I know where I am, it’s three or four. It’s not good for my health and I’m putting on weight. So a drink at the weekend maybe but better if I can resist. I calculate 20 alcohol free days till the end of January starting tomorrow. Does that sound reasonable?Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6

Hi everyone. I've decided to cut right back on alcohol as I've been drinking a lot more than I should most evenings for a very long time. It's not going to be easy, as it's been a habit for so long. But I want to lose weight, feel healthier and joining you all here seems like a really good start.Cathybird, can I be signed up for 20 days in January please?5

Hi Pixnmix and Toni's friend, I joined in October and it really helps, just popping to log your AF days makes you think about whether you really want that drink.

3/31 just tonic tonight, thought tonight would be hard with going back to work but not even thought about having a drink.
