Today was going to be a planned drinking day. My neighbours were hosting a Christmas 'open house' for our little close. However, due to unease about the Covid situation (which I share) it has been cancelled😔. I will not be drinking today after all so 18/21 please cathybird. Thank you. X

15/20 AFDs today and I’ve met my target of 300 AFDs for 2021 today. I think I’ll only be adding a few more to the total for the rest of the year.

Thank you, going to aim to beat my 2015 number next year, the 2015 number included 6 months of abstinence as I was on warfarin for a blood clot.
