maggiem said:Sounds lovely Cathybird, very well deserved I'm sure.Sorry to be a nuisance but I need to change my target and days if that's possible. It does feel like cheating so understand if that cannot be done. Having declared early on Monday I then failed so I am on 5 AFDs and would like the target to be 5/10 please in the hope I can achieve that.5

15 please. One of my staff usually buys me a nice bottle of wine for Christmas, he knows I am in recovery for the other stuff and asked if I’d stopped drinking too. Told him I haven’t stopped drinking as such but been 45 days since I’ve had a drink; I am not missing it and it never really did me any favours so not really sure when I will drink again if ever. Surprised myself saying it tbh but thought about it later today and that’s how I feel about drinking rn.6

Thanks @maman and @cathybird too. Let's hope I can get to 10. Both of you have amassed big numbers through the year though. I hope to emulate your examples next year.

Sticking on 13/18. Feel so fed up with the ex shenanigans that may well have a glass of wine this evening (Thurs) as there is some in the fridge. I have had a couple of days where i have declared early and then not drank but today I am beyond fed up and I suspect that the cream cake I have just been out to buy will not cut it much longer. Plus accountant now chasing me due to "irregularities" in my tax papers. Seemingly he is not a fan of creative writing.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!5 -
16/21 please cathybird. Thank you. X
