Lurking here as new to the concept....but having gone for 2 weeks straight I'm pleased to see my blood pressure has dropped.  Also feeling very well hydrated as I've replaced the %$£%$ with big glasses of water.  OH has been pleasantly surprised with me.

 I see that as a win-win-win!

I was tempted yesterday out for lunch with in-laws but left it and glad I did, meant more to me to stick to my (very loose) ‘target’ of not drinking at all this month.
