Declaring early as I  have taken a real bashing at the dentist and now the anaesthetic has worn off I am in a lot of pain.

Zero again for me. My history has gone:

- Drink socially, whenever - being young
- Drink with my partner - fun
- Drink because my partner cheated and then left me - not fun
- Drink to forget and deal with debt - help me

And i'm stuck on that last part, despite taking steps to sort my debt in the past couple of weeks.

Weirdly, in the past i have simply just stopped, for weeks at a time....before Covid. But after a year in literal isolation where it's just been me to interact with...i just can't  see the good in that.
