Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Thread Part 17

Evening everyone
Hi Cathybird, 8/30 for me please.
I'm pretty much in the camp that if you need to moderate, you can't, I find it takes up too much headspace so for me, stopping completely is the best option.
The problem for me is that occasionally I kick the f*ckit bucket and buy a bottle of wine and that one evenings drinking turns into days, weeks or even months of trying to get back on the wagon. When I get the urge to drink, like I did tonight on the way home from work, I play it forward. How am I going to feel in the morning, not just physically but emotionally.
That usually keeps me on the straight and narrow.
Have a good evening

Anyway, been camping and internet was patchy at best, plus I don't like typing on a phone, too small.
But it's 7/7 here and an emoji please, Rachel
