Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Thread Part 17

  • I am up to 10 for this month because yet again I gave in on Saturday.  I don't feel majorally bad about it, but I am definitely thinking more about it.  I mean, why did I have to open the second bottle of wine?!  Guess that shows that I can't moderate.

I felt okay yesterday, but just not as awake as I did the previous weekend.

But still going to stick to my week days of not drinking and see how I feel by the weekend.  I don't have any desire to drink during the week when I am "in the zone!"
