I've been really rubbish at posting but after a few years I don't think I have a problem anymore.
I have one or two backups of things and I've just been buying things as they are needed. I find that with multibuys I don't have the option of having no stash at all which irritates me. But the stash is small enough that it doesn't need hiding away.
I have got better at giving away unwanted gifts.
I'm feeling better about not buying until I need things even if it means ignoring a sale because that seems to lead to buying too much which then goes off before I get to it.
I've worked out little things like: I like lotion but not butter; I get through 2 small hand creams at most a year; I use 1 lip balm a year; I use more conditioner than shampoo; I don't need a seperate foot cream; I don't like eye creams; I don't need body scrubs or foot scrubs if I'm using a mitt; Serum and glow tonic do make a difference to me; and I don't use bar soap. I used to think I needed targeted items for everything or I must need big pots of butter and wondered why everything went off so finding out what really works for me has improved my skin and saved money even though the items I do buy are often more pricey. Also realising how long something takes to use has helped me not to buy too much.

It's really nice to buy something and use it right away while it smells good and the packaging is still shiny.

All of this is helped I'm sure by shops being shut and shopping being less fun.
I had an enourmous stash when I started! So if I can do it anyone can.

I'm the same, I've worked out what I like and don't like and with makeup in particular I am amazed at how long it takes to finish with the exception of foundation.  I also don't buy beauty boxes anymore, I would rather spend the money on things I know I will really love rather than loads of bits I might like and I no longer believe I need to use 84 products a day, it's all just marketing nonsense.

Philosophy Living Grace Whipped Body Lotion 120ml - I think this was the last of the Philosophy whips, it was nice but WNBA.

UU AVEDA Damage Remedy intensive restructuring treatment - this was good to try but I don't feel like I know if it really worked or not. I enjoyed it though and my hair does feel so much better than it did a year ago, but that's due to a combination of factors, not just this product.

UU TooFaced Heaven eyeshadow from the Natural Eyes palette. A bone colour. Will use UD Bathwater from the Gwen Stefani palette next then I have a Bourjois single that I haven’t used.
TA Colourpop I heart this. This was relinquished from Emma’s declutter but it’s dry so out it goes.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Going to post my totals now. I may finish a small conditioner soon but hey ho need to get on.
    So 27 UU
    3 INS
    3 TA

7 of the UUs were makeup including 2 x eyeshadow, 1 mini lip lacquer and (drum roll please) I finally finished all of the NARS Killing me Softly palette. The other makeup items included one fragrance, a primer and concealer.
The 3 INs were 2 x cuticle oil (found a fabulous seller on Etsy) and a tube of Liz Earle Skin Repair moisturiser which I got cheaply on Facebook because it’s a discontinued formula.
The 3 items thrown away were 2 nail colours and an eyeshadow that had dried up.
Next month I feel I’ll need to replace my morning cleanser and foundation.

You are doing so well with your powder products.  I've been using the Naked 2 palette all month, I've used all but one colour regularly (the silvery one) even the black, I've used it loads in the past too but it never looks any different, there is barely a dip in any of the colours not even the two I use the most.  I find it incredibly hard to finish powders of any kind.

I have hit pan on the brown shadow I am using for my brows.  It is the matte brown in the Soap & Glory quad, I can't remember the name of it but I have decluttered it numerous times then at the last minute kept it, it had a horrible chalky white colour which I took out, there is a gorgeous browny pink which I have major pan on maninly due to the fact that it is very powdery, I hardly use the shimmery brown colour and am using the matte brown with an angled brush for brows.  Those angled brushes do give you pan quickly so I reckon with another 3 years of daily use I might finish that one colour.

Urban Decay is really hard to pan. I was using Darkhorse from the first palette in my brows daily for months and still didn’t hit pan.  I suppose it’s good value though. I find shadows easier to work through if I depot them and use them loosely once I hit pan. I’ve rotated in 3 x palettes for February which are UD Naked 3, Too Faced Chocolate Gold and Too Faced Pumpkin Spice.
