I have alerted the BPA to this thread because it's a similar issue to the other location where people were fined for getting a COVID vaccination.busajohn said:Thanks evryone ill let you know the outcome Stay safe everyone
My view is that the two APAs need to talk to their contact on the NHS Programme Board and get a policy decision for 2021 - will vaccination sites be free to park, or not?
No-one with a consumer voice is on that board who has any knowledge of the issues with the parking industry - more fool the NHS and Dept of H&SC for not including someone who knows what they are talking about and letting this horrific ''industry'' steer it. Very frustrating to know the NHS are already seemingly ignoring the voices from the consumer groups that did respond about hospital parking, and letting the APAs pull the strings like they are some sort of regulators.

Do i put my name and address in the letter or just pcn number then they can get it themselves ThanskLe_Kirk said:Here is the text: -Re PCN number:Now that we have a bit more info (and on your own thread thank-you), you should complain strongly to PALS and ask the questions posed by @Fruitcake.
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.0 -

You absolutely must include the keepers name and address.
They will not accept an appeal from an unknown person. Why should they?4 -
Do you think they would even bother trying? A bit like sending a letter to Santa by putting it up your chimney!busajohn said:

For future reference if you have other appointments at UHCW I don’t think blue badge holders get free parking even in the designated disabled areas. That’s something you might want to check if you need to go there again. It’s an ANPR system so you pay on the way out.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Don't pay this. Your case has been referred to the BPA by me. People cannot be fined for going for their COVID vaccinations.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well done for doing that. From what we have seen of late, the BPA seem to be scared stiff of their membership and the tail really does wag the dog.Coupon-mad said:Don't pay this. Your case has been referred to the BPA by me. People cannot be fined for going for their COVID vaccinations.
All we ever see is that the BPA are trying to clean up this industry ? Don't know what type of brush Mr Clark is using to clean up with but it has no bristles and the BPA are failures.
All they have to do is send out a directive regarding covid, kids could do it5
