If you are still calling this a fine it is clear you have a poor understanding of the scam.  Please read and reread the newbies until things fall into place.

If it were me I would be complaining to the church, the head of the local diocese, your MP, the PM, and contact local and national press.
The church needs to understand they are responsible for the actions of their agents, and their agents have been called scammers, rogues, and bloodsuckers by MPs across all parties.

There's no reason why you cannot action both simultaneously. Having it cancelled twice - perfect. But I'm with those advising contacting the church, because they are at the root of this. Making the church aware is more likely to ensure that ticketing is suspended during the vaccination period. You'd be helping the wider community not just looking to get your own ticket cancelled. In this scam you have to have an eye to the wider community, otherwise, like COVID, this just spreads!

Thanks you for yourr advise but I was just going off the first post which was speak to the Churchh first and then log my appeal or should I do both? I just want to make sure things are in writing.

no just get your appeal logged done and out of the way, it will literally take less then 5 minutes as you have the appeal text, then do as others say and complain to the church afterwards.....

I'm not a christian, but I remember having to repeat a prayer every school day of my life for seven years about forgiving trespasses. I believe that prayer is quite well known and the church elders should all be aware of it and its meaning.
