Do the above , plus complain to the church hall or church committee or vicar , but no inferring or blabbing about who was driving. Also complain in writing to your practice manager that people going to their appointments are being penalised by a pcn

As long as the driver is not revealed it's an easy win

Be careful when you go to your second appointment in January

Unless this is the same poster as on PePiPoo (and I don't think it is), this church car park is going to take a hammering from CEL. I do think we need to get to the bottom of the reasons and conditions there as I expect we will be getting more in the coming weeks.

The PePiPoo poster was taking his elderly father for a jab, this OP says that he was the recipient of the jab. So to me they don't appear to be one and the same.

you were not issued a ticket for having a vaccination, you were issue a ticket for parking inappropriately.  complain to your MP.

Either way , there will be plenty of victims here , so it's appeal as keeper using the brown trout template to CEL

 Also complain as keeper to Steve Clark at the BPA by email , the local papers for Huddersfield , the local GP practice of the patient , the church committee etc , separately to any appeal. Email the ?oval MP for Huddersfield too , complain to everyone , in writing.

At no point reveal who was driving 

Few if any victims will be permit holders , it's just poor organisation where the parking aspect has been forgotten about , or CEL didn't switch off their cameras , like be we had recently which was used for swab testing and the parking company failed and blamed the managing agent or supermarket

Promissory estoppel also seems to apply for this covid hub vaccination site

Awaw76 needs to confirm that they understand all this and are following each and every step we have outlined and that the drivers Identity will not be compromised or revealed. The repeat is a distraction sideshow , albeit useful
