It turns out the new skirt I ordered just didn't fit and so I sent it back. I did order some socks for DH though for his bday present, so I am now on 18 coupons.

They fit really well, not baggy, and are very comfortable in my shoes. Time will tell how they wear.
Yes, I do have funny shaped toes!!! My middle toes are nearly as long as my big toe!

FWIW, my second toes are longer than my big toes.
I think I may have been over ambitious with my knitting. I brought 3 projects with me: the jumper; a pair of lace socks that need attention to knit and the simple socks that live in my handbag (knitted on while travelling, since I don’t need to look). I am on the second sock for both pairs of socks but I need to finish at least one pair in the next 24 hours, because I won’t have a clean pair for Friday.
@QueenJess, sadly that’s what life is like in Wartime. There are shortages all over the place. The ship must have been torpedoed on its way here (poor crew).
