What are the Halifax Reward loopholes?

I cannot for the life of me find the tab that shows whether I have sent this month's reward. I have used the debit card for something different than usual, and just need to check its worked. Anyone know where to find it on the app?

Hi - do you mean the Reward Tracker? If so, its Home -> My Extras -> Reward Extras.

In the app, you find the tracker by clicking on the 3 dots ("More")

Definitely not there. It was there last week, but I've updated the app since then and can no longer see it

Just comes up 'Something's gone wrong'. Perhaps they're having issues

Just comes up 'Something's gone wrong'. Perhaps they're having issues

It does that I find about 50% of the time.

When I try again a few moments later, it then normally works,

It does that I find about 50% of the time.

When I try again a few moments later, it then normally works,

I'll try again in the morning. I've tried the app, mobile site and desktop site on my phone. I'll boot my laptop up tomorrow and have a go
