This year 32... 3 days before I turned 33. I done it the odd way around. Career and kids together then saving for a house once kids were older and life was more settled. I think it’s virtually impossible with little kids and childcare fees unless you have external help.Mortgage started August 2020 £69,700

23 Oxfordshire.I didn't get married until I was 30 and had a daughter at age 40. Got the house bought and paid for first. Far better way though it was not exactly planned to happen like that.2
