Email a SAR to the DPO at PPS to obtain all your data attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR lawPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. Thanks again for the pointers.
SAR has been emailed to the PPS DPO.
I am continuing to read the links on the forum.
I am using the latest template with my defence in section 3, which I am basing on frustration of contract due to the problem with their app.
Am I right in thinking that the template deals with everything that I need to add relating to abuse of contract and double recovery and that section 3 is therefore the main focus for me?
Thanks.1 -
Yes, that is right. It is all there and 'unclear signage' and 'lack of landowner authority' is covered too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've completed the first draft of my defence, would anyone be kind enough to comment on it please, if I were to DM it?
Thanks,

Nope, they will see it anyway. We don't do this by private message and there is no need. There's nothing to hide and you have the moral high ground.

I'm just referring to section 3 & 18.
Section 18:
18. The Defendant invites the court to find that this exaggerated claim is entirely without merit and to dismiss the claim. In addition, the defendant states that the £60 add-on charge represents an attempt at double recovery, which may be considered an abuse of process, and invites the Court to strike out the claim ab initio for that reason.

If you are using the standard defence template, you only need to change paragraphs 2 & 3.1

Yes, you only need to add your facts. The Judge needs to know what happened and why the car was there. That's your bit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
