Received County Court Claims form

Today was the day at last, after 3 or 4 re-schedules due to lack of judicial availability since last June, the case was heard in court, not over the phone as it would have been due to COVID restrictions.
Case dismissed, no costs awarded. I'm absolutely delighted to have won, costs would have been nice but I don't really care.
The defence was that the failure to buy a ticket was due entirely to the poor design of the parking payment app, which the claimant was responsible for. The judge agreed that that was the only reason why a ticket wasn't bought and was astonished that the claimant didn't even mention the app in their witness statement.
It's taken nearly 4 years but it's over.
Thanks to everyone on here that has given advice throughout, much appreciated. It's been a gruelling slog but one can't just give in to these unethical pirates!

Yay. ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Well done for seeing it through. I've never managed to get costs awarded either. Some Judges just won't listen to that in a small claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
